Last December I bought a sweater for my wife from VS's online store. I live in Spain. A few days later I receive an email from their shipping agents informing me that there are added custom duties (which were never explained, and have never cropped up from other sites like Amazon). The sweater, priced at $60 now costs more than $100. Great.

A month later the sweater has not arrived, and I am still trying to get the agents, eShopWorld, to give me an explanation or track my package.

VS ignores my emails completely (well a lady called Brenda wrote me that she was "concerned" but nothing else has happened. Real impressive concern).

Beware if you live in Spain, buy VS at your own risk!

Customs duties ....are your countries issue...not VS. I'd start with your customs office...I can bet you it is sitting there frustrated until you pay
